Purpose

Lumena is a safe, genuine place where people can connect and learn about beauty. Only account holders may capture and post photos, Live Photos, and videos, and must always comply with the law. Additionally, users should consistently treat each other with respect. To safeguard this platform, we have established this platform policy. Specifically, fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities, including those that could cause confusion or are performed for illegal or improper purposes, are prohibited. To maintain a safe community, it is essential that both our company and all users adhere to this terms of use, the community guidelines, and this platform policy.

Platform Operations

At ARIN, we value connections and learning. To uphold our core values, we need everyone's cooperation. Across all services we provide, we hope users will ensure that the content they create is trustworthy and safe. As such, we prohibit any malicious manipulation of the platform on all our platforms, including Lumena. Platform manipulation is defined as using our services to deceive others, hinder their comfort, and engage in mass, excessive, or deceptive behaviors.

Platform manipulation can take various forms, and our policy intends to address a broad range of prohibited activities including:

Spamming for commercial purposes to increase traffic to accounts, sites, products, or services from our platform.
Creating and using fake accounts to make an account or content appear more popular than it is.
Using multiple accounts, fake accounts, or programs and scripts to artificially influence discussions.
Engaging in behaviors that violate the terms of service or community guidelines.
Acts Not Considered Violations of this Policy

The following are not considered violations of this policy:

Collaborating with other users to express ideas, perspectives, support, or opposition for a cause.
Operating multiple accounts with different identifiers, purposes, and uses, provided they do not violate any other rules. Possible scenarios include:
Organizations with branches or subsidiaries that are related yet operate independently (such as businesses expanding into multiple regions).
Operating a pseudonymous account or an account related to hobbies or initiatives, in addition to a personal account.
Bots for artistic or hobby purposes.
Reporting

Anyone using our platform can make a report. If you believe certain content or an account is violating our policy, please email info@arin.ltd. Provide as much information as possible in your email, including links, usernames, and a description of the content. Our security team will review the reports and remove any content or accounts that do not comply with the guidelines as thoroughly as possible.

Violations of the Policy

If we determine that content or information posted or uploaded by a user violates the terms of use or our community guidelines, or if its removal is permitted or required by law, we may delete it. Moreover, we may immediately deny or suspend the provision of services to protect the Lumena community. Similarly, if a user's actions pose a risk to us, expose us to legal risks, or if the user violates the terms of use or our community guidelines, we may immediately deny service or suspend it in part. We may also terminate or modify the services, delete or block shared content or information, or suspend all or part of the services to avoid or mitigate legal or regulatory adverse effects. If you believe an error has resulted in the deletion of an account or content, or if an account has been suspended or deleted, please send an email to info@arin.ltd with as much detail as possible, including links, usernames, and a description of the content or the issue. Our security team will review your report.
